Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item.
Returns
Return requests may be accepted for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific restrictions.
Refunds
Once an approved return or issue has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
